Dream out loud.
Dream Recorder is a speculative bedside device that transforms spoken dream recollections into low-resolution, AI-generated visuals. There’s no app, no screen, no feed. Just a moment to speak your dream aloud and see it visualised as a looping dreamscape.
The project explores how we might engage with emerging technologies in more ambient, intuitive ways. It brings together hardware, machine learning and visual design into something gentle and a little uncanny. Built using off-the-shelf components and released open-source, it invites others to build, adapt and continue the conversation.
